Our laboratory currently occupies approximately 3500 square feet of newly remodeled space in the Searle Chemical Building. In addition to all the facilities for organic synthesis, the lab is equipped with (i) major analytical instrumentation, including Varian GC CP-3800, Varian HPLC Prostar 320, Agilent 1100 HPLC; (ii) cell culture facility; (iii) Perkin Elmer robotic liquid handlers and (iv) analytical equipment for high-throughput screening including Perkin Elmer Victor 3 Fluoresce-nce/Luminescence Reader, and Bio-Tek Powerwave XS UV/VIS reader. This infrustructure allows us to efficiently integrate the core expertise in organic synthesis with our parallel efforts in chemical biology
